The high-temperature heating furnace is gradually heated, allowing only the moisture from the atomized solution to evaporate. The collection method for the composite materials is performed using a water-seal trap in the exhaust section. After atomization, the materials are transported with N2 gas, and moisture is separated before being collected in a collection bottle. As safety devices, an emergency stop button, overheating prevention device, and leakage breaker are installed. Custom specifications are available as optional items.
